AjmanTourism issues first e-book for licenses and classification

Ajman – Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) issued its first electronic procedural manual book both in Arabic and English languages.

 

The e-book addresses in detail all the procedures that should be followed and the documents required for all types of tourism licenses for establishments, Mohammed Mousa Al Meheiri, Head of ATDD's Licensing Section, said.

 

It comes in line with the Ajman Vision 2021 target of laying down a working mechanism to support the tourism sector, serving the image of Ajman as a tourism investment destination, Al Meheiri added.

 

"With this guide and facilitated licensing procedures, we supports our stakeholders in order to upgrade Ajman's tourism sector and preserve the emirate's reputation," ATDD licensing section chief underlined.

 

"These efforts will result in increasing the number of visitors and investors and support the emirate's economy," he said.

 

"ATDD aims to provide excellent level of tourism performance through acquainting customers with the provided services, involving them in the tourism sector decision-making and achieving customer satisfaction," he stated.

 

"It also targets deciding and implementing new methods to manage all tourism activities at the highest quality level, monitoring Ajman's tourism sector via conducting regular inspection," he concluded.

 

For his part, ATDD Support Services Section Chief Mohamed Al Beloushi said the e-book would be soon available as part of ATDD smart phone applications.
